Clarity Bike Rescue & Adoptions
For years I’ve had an affinity for bikes, most specifically Vintage Schwinn Bikes. A couple of years ago, I found I had a few too many bikes and decided to find homes for some of them. And thus, Clarity Bike Rescue & Adoptions was born.
I find forgotten Vintage Bikes at yard sales, estate sales, and church sales, clean them up, give them love and then find them new appreciative homes. During Burning Man season, (May -August) I also rescue non-vintage bikes to give them a chance to go to the Playa as a bicycle-companion.
Adoption Fees range from $40 – $200. Proceeds of Clarity Bike Rescue & Adoptions typically fund my own annual pilgrimage to the Playa. Watch here for new adoption opportunities. To make a request for a bicycle companion please use the Contact page.
